GDC Luxatip (Luxator) is a precision-engineered stainless steel dental extraction instrument designed to facilitate atraumatic tooth removal. Acting as a wedge between the tooth root and surrounding alveolar bone, the Luxatip severs the periodontal ligament fibres and gently loosens the tooth within the socket — reducing the force required during extraction and minimising trauma to adjacent bone and soft tissue.

How to Use:

• Select the appropriate tip size and shape based on tooth anatomy and socket access
• Insert the Luxatip tip into the periodontal space at the alveolar crest
• Apply gentle rotational and apical pressure to sever PDL fibres and expand the socket
• Work around the tooth systematically before applying extraction forceps
• Sterilise by autoclave before each use
