Welcome to DentalMantraa. When you use this website and place an order, you agree to the terms listed here. I request you to read this document carefully because it defines how I provide products and services through this platform.

This website is owned and operated by Dental Mantraa, located at:

I supply dental equipment, instruments and oral-care accessories to customers and dental professionals across India.

2. Website Usage Rules

By accessing this website, you agree to the following:

• You will provide accurate and updated information when creating an account or placing an order.
  
• You will not misuse the website through hacking, data scraping, automated software or any activity that affects the website performance.
  
• All product information, pricing, images and content on the website are the property of DentalMantraa. You cannot copy, reproduce or redistribute them without written permission.
  

I may suspend or terminate access to the website if misuse or policy violation is detected.

3. Products and Orders

Prices, availability, specifications and offers listed on the website may change without prior notice.

Your order is confirmed only after I receive payment and approve the order.
I reserve the right to cancel an order due to:

• Stock unavailability
  
• Invalid or incomplete address
  
• Payment failure or suspected fraud
  

If an order is cancelled from my end, you will receive a full refund.

4. Payments

Payments can be made through available modes at checkout such as UPI, Card, Wallet, Net Banking or Cash on Delivery (if applicable).

I do not store or access your banking login, card information or UPI PIN. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines vary by location, courier availability and product type.

Once the shipment is dispatched, delivery responsibility is handed over to the courier.
If your parcel is delayed or lost during transit, I will coordinate with the courier and update you.

Shipping charges shown at checkout are final unless listed otherwise.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to the Return & Refund Policy published on this website.

For defective, damaged or incorrect products:

• Evidence such as parcel opening video and photos must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.
  
• Products will be inspected before approval of replacement or refund.
  

Items that fall under the non-returnable category cannot be returned under any circumstance.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel your order before dispatch.

If your order is confirmed, you can cancel it within 3 days.
After 3 days, cancellation is not possible because the product moves into processing and packaging.

Refund for a cancelled order will take 3–5 working days.

8. Warranty & After-Sales Service

Warranty varies by product category and manufacturer terms.
Warranty service (if applicable) is provided according to the manufacturer’s guidelines and not the website’s discretion.

If frequent servicing or replacement is required, the customer may be charged as per Terms & Conditions.

9. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
 Any order placed from your account will be treated as valid, even if someone else accesses the account using your credentials.23

DentalMantraa is not responsible for:

• Results of clinical use or medical procedures
  
• Incorrect installation or handling by the user
  
• Delays caused by courier partners or external logistical factors
  

Maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

All terms listed here are governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi, India.
