Shipping Policy – DentalMantraa

I aim to deliver your order safely and within a reasonable timeline across India. This Shipping Policy explains how I manage dispatch, courier handling, delivery tracking and shipping charges when you place an order on DentalMantraa.

1. Order Processing Time

After you place an order and payment is confirmed:

  • I pack and process most products within 1–2 working days.
  • For specialised equipment or bulk orders, processing may take 3–7 working days.

If a delay occurs because of stock unavailability or operational issues, I will contact you through your registered phone number or email.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your location and courier availability.

Estimated average timelines:

  • Metro cities: 3–6 working days
  • Other cities: 5–9 working days
  • Remote or rural locations: 8–14 working days

These timelines are estimates based on courier performance. Weekends, government holidays and uncontrollable transport interruptions may affect the actual delivery date.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on:

  • Product weight and size
  • Delivery location
  • Courier service availability

The final shipping cost will appear on the checkout page before you complete the order.

Free shipping is available only when mentioned on applicable products or promotions.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once the order is dispatched:

  • You will receive a tracking ID and courier link through email or WhatsApp.
  • You can track the shipment directly using the tracking link.

I cannot modify the delivery time or courier route once the parcel is in transit.

5. Delivery Attempts

The courier will attempt delivery to your address:

  • If you miss the delivery attempt, the courier may try again the next day.
  • If delivery fails multiple times due to unavailability of the receiver, the parcel may return to the origin.

If the courier returns the parcel due to repeated failed attempts, reshipping charges will apply.

6. Damaged / Wrong / Missing Items

If you receive a damaged parcel, missing item or incorrect product:

You must share:

  • Parcel opening video
  • Clear photos of the received product
  • Order ID

You must share the evidence within 24 hours of delivery for faster resolution.

Once verified, I will:

  • Send a replacement product, or
  • Issue a refund if replacement is not possible

Resolution will follow the Return & Refund Policy published on the website.

7. Delivery Delays and Lost Parcels

If the delivery is delayed or tracking does not update:

  • I will contact the courier and request an investigation.
  • I will update you as soon as I receive clarity from the courier.

If the courier confirms the parcel is lost:

  • You will receive a replacement or refund, based on your preference and product availability.

8. Address Accuracy

You must provide a complete and correct address at checkout.

If courier delivery fails because of:

  • Wrong address
  • Incorrect pincode
  • Wrong phone number
  • Locked premises

You will be responsible for reshipping charges.

9. International Shipping

International shipping is currently not available.
 I ship only within India.
