DentalMantraa – Return & Refund Policy

I want you to have a reliable and trouble-free experience when you purchase dental products from DentalMantraa. If there is an issue with your order, this policy explains how I manage returns, replacements, and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return if all points apply:

The item delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The item is unused, unopened, and in the original packaging with all accessories.

The request is submitted within 10 days of delivery.
Products that are opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned due to medical and hygiene safety standards.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Certain products are not eligible for returns because of safety regulations, equipment handling, and sterilization requirements.
Non-returnable categories include:
Equipments
Dental Chairs, Dental Compressors, UV Chambers, Autoclaves, X-ray Units, RVG Sensors, Model Trimmers, OPG / CBCT Machines, Apex Locators, Endomotors, Ultrasonic Cleaners, Scalers, Micromotors, Implant Motors / Physiodispensers, Bleaching Lights, Light Cure Units, Amalgamators.
Products directly used on patients
Tooth crème or mousse, MRC/Orthodontic trainers, Water flossers, Chin caps, Headgear, Face masks, Myofunctional appliances.
If a product is out of warranty or crosses the 10-day return window, I cannot accept it for return.
3. Replacement Policy
If the product is inspected and confirmed defective or incorrect, I will provide a replacement of the same model without extra charges.

If an item requires frequent rectification, repair charges may apply as per Terms & Conditions.
If replacement cannot be processed for any reason, a refund will be issued.
4. Return Pick-Up and Product Check
If pickup service is available at your address, I will arrange the return pickup. If not, I will share the nearest drop-off location.
After receiving the item, I will check:

If the item fails inspection, the return will be rejected and the product will be sent back to you.
5. Refund Process
Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.

If prepaid → refund to bank/UPI/card/wallet

If COD → refund credited to your DentalMantraa wallet
Shipping charges are not refundable.
6. Order Cancellation
You can cancel the order before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Refund for cancelled orders takes 3–5 working days.

8. Delivery and Courier Issues
If the order is delayed, not delivered, or lost in transit, I will verify it with the courier.
Based on confirmation, you will receive:

6A. Time Limit for Cancelling a Confirmed Order

If your order is confirmed, you have 3 days to cancel it.
After 3 days, cancellation is not possible because the item moves to processing, packaging, or dispatch stage. - (And the next headings continue as before)
6. Order Cancellation

You can cancel the order before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. -
Refund for cancelled orders takes 3–5 working days.
