Autoclave Procedure

• Remove bur from air rotor after each use
• Clean air rotor thoroughly with a brush and dry with gauze
• Lubricate air rotor with appropriate oil
• Place in autoclaving pouch with proper identification
• Sterilize at 121°C for 20 minutes or 135°C for 15 minutes

Important Notes

• Use only ISO-standard burs (1.59-1.60mm)
• Bent, damaged, or non-concentric burs may reduce cartridge lifespan
• Regular maintenance and proper sterilization ensure optimal performance
