Setup and Installation:

• Unpack and assemble the components of the intraoral camera system, including the camera, monitor, and any accompanying cables or accessories.
• Place the monitor in a convenient location within the dental operatory, ensuring it is securely positioned for optimal viewing.
• Connect the camera to the monitor using the provided cables, ensuring proper connection to the USB or HDMI interface.
• Power on the monitor and camera system, following the manufacturer's instructions for startup and initialization.

Camera Calibration (if required):

• Some intraoral camera systems may require initial calibration to ensure accurate imaging.

Image Capture:

• Position the intraoral camera inside the patient's mouth to capture images of the teeth and oral structures.
• Use the camera controls, which may include buttons or touchscreen interfaces, to capture images. Ensure proper focus and lighting for clear and detailed images.
• Use the adjustable LCD monitor settings to optimize contrast, brightness, and color for optimal image viewing.

Recording and Playback (if supported):

• If the system supports recording functionality, use the appropriate controls to start and stop recording during examinations.
• Utilize the playback function on the monitor to review recorded videos and saved images. This feature may include audio playback for enhanced review and discussion during treatment planning.

Image Transfer and Sharing:

• If desired, transfer captured images and recordings to external devices such as computers, mobile phones, or tablets for further analysis or sharing with patients or colleagues.
• Take advantage of the system's multimedia input options, including USB and HDMI connectivity, for seamless integration with other devices and systems.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

• After each use, clean the intraoral camera
• Regularly inspect and maintain the camera and monitor components to ensure proper functionality and longevity of the system.

Training and Familiarization:

• Ensure that dental professionals who will be using the intraoral camera system receive adequate training and familiarization with its operation and features.
• Practice using the system in simulated or real patient scenarios to gain proficiency and confidence in its use.

  Warranty

  • Manufacturer/Importer warranty of 6 Months as applicable for this product.
  • Service and Warranty are handled by the manufacturer/importer directly for this product
  • Dentalkart will not be liable to replace the Products and the liability to replace any such Product is that of the Manufacturer/Importer
  • Dentalkart and the Buyer acknowledge that the Products purchased/used are a subject matter of original Manufacturer/Importer’s warranties only
  • Any or all claims in relation to returns and replacement shall be made to the concerned Manufacturer/Importer only and Dentalkart may assist the customer in registering a request to get the Product replaced or serviced. 
  • The Buyer acknowledges that the Products once sold will not be exchanged or taken back unless the seal of the package or the Product is intact or not altered in any manner or is not tampered as the case may be.
