Pharmadent Pain-Off is a clinically formulated dental analgesic solution combining the proven pain-relieving properties of Clove Oil, Phenol, Menthol, and Thymol. Designed for chairside use, it provides rapid topical relief for toothache, painful gums, ulcers, and pericoronitis, and doubles as a pulp/root canal filling material when mixed with zinc oxide.

Composition (per I.P. standards):

• Clove Oil I.P. — 8.5%
• Phenol I.P. — 28.5%
• Menthol I.P. — 1.5%
• Thymol I.P. — 1.5%
• Glycerin I.P. — Q.S.

Indications & Directions for Use:

For Toothache:

• Take a cotton pellet sized to fit the carious cavity
• Saturate with Pain-Off and apply directly onto the painful tooth
• After 2 minutes, remove cotton, clean the cavity carefully
• Re-apply Pain-Off on a fresh pellet for prolonged relief

For Root Canal Treatment:

• Mix Pain-Off with zinc oxide powder to form a thick paste
• Use as a pulp dressing or temporary root canal filling material

For Painful Gums, Ulcers & Pericoronitis (Third Molar Flap):

• Saturate a cotton pellet with Pain-Off and apply to the affected area
• Cover with a wad of cotton soaked in Gumex for extended relief
• Advise patient to repeat 2–3 times daily for 5 minutes
