• Intraoral photography is an integral part of modern dentistry for obtaining records, before, during and after treatment.
• Intraoral photography mirrors are positioned in a patient’s mouth to expose hard-to-see areas that need to be photographed. Revealing areas of the mouth that are difficult to view will help in diagnosis and treatment planning.

• To prevent fogging during use, we highly recommend running the mirror under hot(warm) water for a few seconds, prior to inserting into the patient's mouth to raise the overall temperature of the mirror (prevents condensation).

  A soft paper towel or muslin cloth can be used to remove excess water droplets.
