SafeEndo EpoxySeal is a resin-based, eugenol-free, paste-paste epoxy root canal sealer supplied in a dual-syringe system. Its outstanding chemical and physical properties — including exceptional sealing ability, biocompatibility, and dimensional stability — make it a trusted choice for permanent root canal obturation.

When white and gray pastes are mixed in equal proportions (1:1), they form a plastic paste with a film width of 5–10µm. The material closely adapts to root canal walls with minimal contraction during setting, producing a bioinert amino resin with excellent tissue compatibility and low solubility. Working time at room temperature (20–23°C) is 4 hours; sets within 24 hours in the canal.

Composition:

• Epoxy resin, Amine hardening agents, Zirconium oxide, Filling component, Plasticizing agent

Directions for Use:

1. Mix white and gray pastes 1:1 on a mixing pad with a clean spatula until homogeneous.
2. Insert paste into a sterile, dried canal in small portions using a root needle or canal filling instrument at low rotation speed.
3. Obturate with gutta-percha points dipped in paste; for hot GP, apply sealer only to canal walls.
4. Complete coronal restoration after obturation.
5. Clean instruments with alcohol, acetate, or chloroform immediately after use.

Storage:

Store at 5°C – 25°C. Close tubes tightly after use. Do not swap caps (gray tube → orange cap; white tube → white cap).
