SafeEndo Devitalize Plus – Arsenic-Free Pulp Devitalization Paste

SafeEndo Devitalize Plus is an arsenic-free devitalization fibrous paste formulated for safe, painless pulp devitalization within 1–5 days.

The main active component is Polyoxymethylene, an antiseptic that coagulates proteins and induces necrosis of pulp tissue. Lidocaine Hydrochloride provides anaesthetic action, reducing pain during devitalization. Racemic Camphor and Para Chlorophenol act synergistically with Lidocaine and Polyoxymethylene for a next-generation devitalization effect.

Indications

• Pulp devitalization before pulp removal or amputation

Directions for Use

• Remove carious infected dentine with a dental excavator
• Using a special instrument, apply a 2mm ball of paste on or close to the pulp horn
• Fill with temporary dressing (e.g. SafeEndo SmartTemp) without compressing the paste
• After devitalization (1–5 days), if pain has resolved, proceed with pulp extirpation and root canal treatment
• Close cap tightly after every use
