Shivam Dental Tempfil-G is a self-curing temporary filling material used for short-term cavity sealing during dental treatments. It hardens under humidity, making it reliable for routine temporary restorations.

Tempfil-G is easy to place and reaches final hardness within a few minutes. After setting, it can be removed in one piece without residue, helping keep the cavity clean for further procedures.

The material is suitable for temporary cavity fillings and for sealing medicaments placed inside the cavity. In deep cavities, complete filling is not necessary. When used over medicated dressings, pressure-free application is recommended.

To maintain proper consistency, Tempfil-G should be protected from moisture before use. The container must be closed immediately after dispensing to prevent thickening caused by moisture absorption.

Application Instructions

• Place the required quantity into a wet cavity using a suitable instrument

• Allow the material to harden for a few minutes

• Avoid chewing pressure for approximately 2 hours after placement

• Remove the temporary filling using rotary instruments or a stiff probe

Storage & Shelf Life

• Store at 15–25°C (59–77°F)

• Keep in a dry place

• Close the container immediately after use

• Do not use after the expiry date

• Use screw-cap jars as soon as possible after opening
