Shivam Glass Ionomer Cement Type 2 is a self-cured restorative glass ionomer cement designed for permanent dental restorations. It is suitable for a wide range of clinical applications where reliable adhesion and long-term performance are required.

This cement chemically bonds to tooth structure, allowing minimal cavity preparation without the need for etching or bonding agents. Its chemical setting mechanism ensures no shrinkage and offers a thermal expansion similar to natural tooth structure, helping achieve an excellent marginal seal.

The formulation contains strontium-based glass, which provides good radiopacity for easy post-operative diagnosis. With low solubility, the cement delivers durable and long-lasting restorations with proven clinical success.
