The membrane features a porous, multi-layer mesh design that resists soft tissue infiltration while supporting guided bone regeneration. It maintains its barrier function for 4–6 months and shows controlled degradation over 3–5 weeks, offering reliable protection during the critical healing phase.

Xcem Osspore membranes are pre-hydrated and ready to use, providing excellent flexibility and handling. On contact with moisture, the membrane expands and thickens, allowing it to conform closely to the wound bed or bone cavity. It can be easily trimmed to fit various defect sizes and remains stable at the surgical site.

Enhanced with antimicrobial silver, the membrane helps manage bacterial load and wound moisture while supporting cellular growth. It is suitable for post-extraction socket preservation, GBR procedures, and management of both acute and chronic wounds.
